The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with three closets, offering plenty of storage space. Additionally, the hotel provides a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Everything was more than okay, no improvements needed.

Actually difficult to find, used google maps to get me there but was two streets away, locals rallied to help us find the hotel before check in closed at 6pm but none of the locals knew where to find it at first. Eventually one of the 12 or so locals helping remembered it and luckily the hotel manger stayed for the extra ten mins waiting for us. Great stay though, close to town and the gondola and very, very warm. Had our sheets and towels changed about three times during our 10 day stay but they will do it more if you ask, bear in mind that it is not a hotel as such but apartments which are supposed to be self contained. There is a spar downstairs in reception too for 8 Lev each (about £4) but book it in advance as there seemed to be people in it all the time! Would go again.

Not really, they don't speak English much in Bansko but to be expected to be fair. Thats the same everywhere there. Very friendly though and you can usually get your point across.

very pleasure stay ,security and very quiet.I will reccoment for couples to enjoy the staying for very comfortable and quiet rooms.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. With spacious and warm apartments, equipped with a kitchen and three closets, it's perfect for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is simply stunning, and the presence of a bathtub is a nice touch. The hotel's location on the alley, in the center of Bansko, is also convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel is not great but still good and definately very good value for money. i have stayed in many hotels in bansko so far and i think that i have paid in other hotels much more money without having so much more to offer.

Great spacious apartment. Staff very helpful, anything you need ypu can just ask for and was brought to the room in minutes! About a 10 minute walk to gondala which was great and to bars and restaurants too.

Breakfast, we had the breakfast package to be honest nothing wrong with it and you got a very substantial breakfast for 3 euros, however was not to our taste and it is just as cheap to get breakfast out. Kitchen equipment was not great although not needed for us so was not an issue, however if you were lacking anything you needed I am confident you could ask and they would supply it for you or email them a list of what you require before you go.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and well-furnished apartments. The rooms are clean and bright, with huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. The view from the rooms is fantastic, especially with the option of a room with a great fireplace. Additionally, the location in the center of Bansko is convenient for exploring the area.

No negatives found, everything was alright.

It has been one of our best choices. We travel a lot and this time we found this hotel in a very friendly price for what it offered!!! Nice, clean appartments with a bedroom and a sitting room with a fireplace and a small kitchen where you can prepare a nice breakfast and even cook! A spa facility and a sauna area where also available. We used them too, with a very small price, for which the area could be reserved for only two!!! Very close to the Gondola, and a five minutes walk to the central street with all the shops and restaurants. Will come back next year!!!!

The rooms where very nice and warm, the staff was very helpful even though not all spoke English. In general excellent value for money quality with room for even more improvement

The rooms were not cleaned often (once per 3 days). Also there were some things that needed fixing (in our room, 2 main lights were not working, the telephone was also out of order). Furthermore some minor details were not as they should be. (quality of toilet paper for example was awful, especially if compared to the excellent quality of the towels that were provided)

The hotel is located in the heart of the town along a quiet alley, making it a great option for those who want to explore the center of the town. The rooms are spacious, and some offer a fantastic view of the surrounding area. the staff is helpful and accommodating.

The soundproofing of the hotel is not great, which can lead to some disturbance from outside noises.

There was no cleaning during the 3 days we were there - Not very good counterpanes - Not very good toilet paper

Spacious apartment, good value for money.

The hotel is far from the main lift station and the center of Bansko. Slow and paid internet connection in the rooms.

The apartment had a kitchen with plates and glasses and a really nice balcony with a great view. The location was central and near the skiing slopes. There was free parking for guests.

The staff was unhelpful and unpleasant, and there was no crib provided for our baby. The kitchenware was limited, with only one teaspoon and no fair teacups.

We most liked the Spa (sauna and jacuzzi)...however the location of these facilities was freezing and it closed at 19

The room was quite small and in the kitchen there were no forks?!

Thе big and clean apartments with good furniture. Quiet. Comfortable to stay there
